What days of the week do you deliver flowers?
We deliver from Monday to Sunday.

Fresh flowers can celebrate a birthday, anniversary, graduation or new home, or simply let somebody know you are thinking of them. Plants, preserved roses and dried or silk flowers offer longer-lasting choices. Chocolates, cakes and gift baskets can accompany an arrangement or become the main gift when that better suits the recipient.
Think about how the gift will be received and carried. A smaller arrangement may be easier to collect from a workplace, hotel or hospital desk, while a fuller bouquet can suit a home celebration. Choose the address and date first so the available products are appropriate for the destination and timing of the order.
The Binnenstad contains the historic centre and dense commercial streets, while Brugse Poort lies west of the centre and Sint-Amandsberg extends eastward. Ledeberg and Gentbrugge form important southern and south-eastern residential areas. Drongen sits farther west within the municipality, with its own local centre and addresses.
North of the core, the canal zone reaches communities such as Mariakerke, Wondelgem and the canal villages. These places remain part of the Ghent municipality but can be far from a central landmark. Use the locality and postcode from the formal address and add a company or site name when the receiving point lies in a larger complex.
A complete address includes the street, house number, four-digit postcode and municipality, plus the box number when the building has one. Add the recipient's name as it appears on the bell or mailbox. For a converted townhouse, apartment block or office complex, identify the correct floor, wing or entrance if the recipient supplies it.
Controlled doors and enclosed courtyards can prevent an otherwise accurate address from being reached. Provide the approved access details and a phone number that can be used during handover. A canal, square or tram stop may help with orientation, but it should remain supporting information after the numbered physical destination.
For a hotel guest, include the full property name and address, reservation name and arrival date. Add the room or booking number and local phone details when available. Ask the property whether its reception will accept and store the gift, since room access and delivery before check-in depend on its own rules.
For a workplace, name the employer, recipient, department and staffed reception or security point. Large sites along the canal or around the city can contain several buildings behind one address, so use the site and building details supplied by the recipient. Tell them where to collect the gift if visitor access ends at the gate or lobby.
UZ Gent is at C. Heymanslaan 10, 9000 Gent and uses numbered entrances and internal routes across its campus. Enter the patient's registered name and confirm the ward, department, entrance or route with the family. The street address identifies the campus, but it does not identify the correct clinical receiving point.
Acceptance must be checked with the patient's ward because departments can apply different practical restrictions. Ask staff for the approved drop-off point and confirm that the patient is expected to remain there on the chosen date. The local partner cannot promise to take flowers directly to the room.
A venue delivery should identify the event, recipient and purpose of the flowers. Ask the organiser for the correct receiving entrance and an onsite contact, especially when public doors and supplier access are separate. State whether the arrangement is for a couple, guest, graduate, speaker or performer so staff can route it sensibly.
Preferred timing may be requested without becoming a guaranteed arrival slot. If several arrangements must reach different people or rooms, list each recipient clearly and confirm who will distribute them. Early coordination gives the florist and venue time to resolve names, card wording and the handover plan.
Ghent cemetery destinations include Westerbegraafplaats and Campo Santo in Sint-Amandsberg. A funeral arrangement may instead be intended for a family residence, place of worship or ceremony venue, so follow the location supplied by the family or funeral contact rather than assuming a named cemetery is the receiving point.
Provide the deceased's full name, ceremony date and time, and somebody who can confirm where the tribute should go. Include a chapel, gate, section or gathering place when that information is available. Review the message carefully and allow the receiving contact to guide the final handover details.
